{{material}}
Analyze it in this order:
1. Plot holes: events that contradict earlier facts or world rules, or that only work because characters ignore obvious options.
2. Motivation gaps: moments when a character's choice is unsupported by what we know.
3. Timeline and logistics: who could be where, when, with what knowledge or resources.
4. Setups without payoffs and payoffs without setups.
5. Coincidences that solve problems for the hero versus those that create them.
For each issue give: the location (scene, chapter or quote), what is wrong, severity (critical, moderate, minor), and two possible fixes, one small and one structural.
Quote the text briefly when pointing to a problem. Do not invent problems to look thorough; if a section is solid, say so. End with the three fixes that would improve the story most.Variables

Example output
**1. Plot holes** - *Chapter 4, the alibi.* The cook says she saw Marsh in the garden at nine, but ch. 2 puts the garden gate locked from eight. Severity: critical. Small fix: mention the side door. Structural fix: make her testimony the lie that the detective later notices. **2. Motivation gaps** - *Chapter 7.* Elena burns the letter without having read it. Moderate. Fix: have her read the first line first. **3. Timeline** - The train arrives at 6:40 in ch. 3, yet Hale is at the inn by 6:30. Minor. **4. Setups and payoffs** - The torn glove in ch. 1 is never mentioned again. Pay it off in the confrontation scene. **5. Coincidences** - The detective overhears the confession by chance. Moderate; let him earn it by setting the trap. **Top three fixes:** the garden gate, the unread letter, the glove payoff.
Notes
Restricting the review to logic keeps the feedback useful and honest. Run it again after your revision and ask the model to check whether each earlier issue has been resolved.
