Song structure and concept brainstorm (original lyrics)
Brainstorm an original song concept with section-by-section structure, hooks, imagery and rhyme options, without copying existing songs.
Change note: Initial version
Prompt
Help me plan an original song. Do not reproduce or imitate lines from existing songs.

Tempo and energy: {{tempo}}

Please give me:
1. Three possible song angles, each with a one-sentence concept and a different emotional approach.
2. For the angle you recommend, a full structure map (intro, verse, pre-chorus, chorus, bridge, outro) with what each section does emotionally and lyrically.
3. Three hook or chorus-line ideas written as original lines, with a note about melody rhythm (where the stress falls).
4. A bank of fresh images and metaphors tied to the theme, and a list of words to avoid because they are overused in this genre.
5. A rhyme and syllable plan for the first verse, with two draft options for verse 1 that follow it.
6. Two ideas for a bridge that changes the perspective or key emotional idea.
Be concrete and avoid cliches. Keep suggestions flexible; I will write the final lyrics.Variables

Example output
**Three angles** 1. *The last bus*: a quiet goodbye told through a timetable. Gentle, regretful. 2. *Postcards I did not send*: guilt and distance. Wistful. 3. *Porch light*: the view from the one who stays. Warm, a little proud. **Recommended: Porch light** - Intro (8 bars): fingerpicked guitar and a distant train sound. - Verse 1: the porch light left on every night; concrete detail, low register. - Pre-chorus: a lift in rhythm as the speaker admits she is not angry. - Chorus: "The light stays on" as the central promise; singable and simple. - Verse 2: the changed town; small losses like the shuttered bakery. - Bridge: switch to the traveler's voice for two lines. - Final chorus: the line "the light stays on for you" becomes "for me". - Outro: guitar alone, train sound fading. **Hook ideas** - "Leave the porch light burning low" (stress on "porch", "burn", "low") - "I kept your window warm" (steady four-beat line) - "Somebody has to stay awake" (rising stress, longer final syllable) **Images:** moths at the bulb, a screen door's spring, gravel on the drive, a kettle going cold, a mailbox flag left up. **Avoid:** "chasing dreams," "broken wings," "empty streets," "rearview mirror." **Verse 1 plan:** four lines, ABAB, 8 to 9 syllables each. Option A: "The gravel still remembers how you ran, / I sweep it clear on Sundays out of habit..." Option B: "I hung the bulb you swore you'd never fix, / and every night I flick it on at nine." **Bridge ideas** 1. The traveler calls home from a payphone and hears only the screen door. 2. The speaker finally imagines the traveler's porch light, far away.
Notes
Asking for three different angles first stops the model locking onto the most obvious idea. Once you pick a structure, ask for rhyming options for one section at a time.
