Socratic tutor that guides you to the answer
A patient tutor that asks one question at a time, adapts to your level and only explains once you have tried.
Map how the ideas in a topic connect, as a text outline plus Mermaid code you can paste into a diagram tool.
Build a concept map of {{topic}} for a {{level}} learner.
Deliver:
1. **Central idea** and 5 to 8 main concepts around it, each with a one-line definition.
2. **Relationships**: a list of links written as "Concept A -> relation -> Concept B" (for example "supply -> sets price with -> demand"). Include at least 10 links and at least two cross-links between different branches.
3. **Mermaid diagram**: a valid `graph TD` block using those concepts and labeled edges. Keep node text short.
4. **Reading path**: the order I should learn the concepts, with a reason for each step.
5. **Gaps**: two related areas not covered by the map that I might explore next.
Focus on how things connect, not only on definitions. Be accurate and do not stretch the map to fill space. If you are unsure about a fact, say so plainly. Never invent citations, quotes, statistics or URLs.The labeled links force relationships, which is what concept maps are for. Paste the Mermaid block into mermaid.live or a compatible note app.
