Create a go-to-market plan for {{product}}.
Target customer: {{customer}}
Problem solved and key differentiator: {{value}}
Pricing: {{pricing}}
Budget and team available: {{resources}}
Launch window: {{timing}}
Main goal for the first 90 days: {{goal}}
Structure the plan like this:
1. **Beachhead segment**: the narrow group to win first, why them, and how to recognise them (3 qualifying traits). Say what you deliberately leave out.
2. **Positioning**: a one-line statement using "For [who] who [need], [product] is a [category] that [benefit], unlike [alternative]". Add 3 proof points and the main objection with a reply.
3. **Channel plan**: pick the best 2 channels (not 6) and explain why. For each: the tactic, the weekly effort, the expected cost per lead or sign-up (state as an estimate), and how to know whether it works.
4. **Launch timeline**: week by week for the first 12 weeks: pre-launch, launch and post-launch actions with owners.
5. **Funnel math**: working backwards from the 90-day goal, how many leads, trials and conversions I need, with clearly labelled assumptions.
6. **Budget allocation** within my limit.
7. **Metrics and decision rules**: 5 metrics, with the number at which I double down on a channel or stop it at week 6.
8. **Biggest risks** and the plan if the launch underperforms.Variables

Example output
**Beachhead:** solo management and IT consultants who bill hourly and hold 10+ client calls a week. Traits: bills hourly, uses Zoom or Meet, sends written follow-ups. Excluded: large firms, in-house teams. **Positioning:** For independent consultants who lose billable time on admin, the app is a note-taking tool that produces client-ready follow-ups and logs time, unlike generic transcription tools. Proof: minutes saved per call, sample outputs, time-log export. Objection: "I can use a free recorder." Reply: it delivers the follow-up, not just a transcript. **Channels:** (1) LinkedIn content and direct outreach, 5 hours a week, about $15 per trial (estimated). (2) Consultant communities and newsletters, sponsored slots about $300 each. **Timeline:** weeks 1-2 build waitlist; week 3 private beta with 20; week 5 public launch; weeks 6-12 iterate on conversion. **Funnel math:** 300 paying / 35% trial-to-paid = about 860 trials; at 12% visitor-to-trial, about 7,100 visitors (assumptions). **Budget:** $1,800 sponsorships, $600 ads, $600 tools. **Decision rules:** week 6, cost per trial above $30 means stop the channel; trial-to-paid under 20% means fix onboarding before spending more.
Notes
Limiting the plan to two channels and one beachhead segment is what makes it executable for a small team. The funnel arithmetic shows early whether your goal is realistic.
