Character concept: {{concept}}
Age and build: {{age_build}}
Art style: {{art_style}}
Must-keep details (scars, accessories, colors): {{signature_details}}
Where the character will appear: {{scenes}}

Produce:
1. A "character lock": one paragraph of 70 to 100 words that describes face, hair, skin tone, build, clothing and signature details using concrete, visual terms only (no backstory, no vague adjectives like "beautiful"). This paragraph must be pasteable at the start of every prompt without edits.
2. A short-form version of 25 words or fewer for tight prompt limits.
3. Four prompt templates using the lock: front view turnaround, three-quarter portrait, full-body action pose, and an expression sheet with six emotions. Mark scene-specific parts in [brackets].
4. Three example scene prompts for the places listed above, each starting with the lock.
5. A checklist of five things that commonly drift between generations for this character and how to correct each one.

Use plain text with headings. Do not ask clarifying questions; infer anything missing and flag it.
Example output
Character lock: Painterly storybook illustration of a man in his late 60s, broad-shouldered and slightly stooped, weathered tan face with deep smile lines, thick white beard trimmed short, short white hair under a faded navy knit cap, round thin wire-frame glasses, bright yellow oilskin coat with brass buttons over a gray wool sweater, a turquoise sea-glass pendant on a leather cord, soft watercolor texture, warm muted palette. Short form: elderly man, white beard, wire glasses, yellow oilskin coat, turquoise pendant, storybook watercolor. Templates - Turnaround: [lock], full-body, neutral pose, front, side and back views, plain pale background, even lighting. - Portrait: [lock], three-quarter view, [expression], shallow depth, soft side light. - Action: [lock], full-body, [action] in [location], dynamic pose. - Expressions: [lock], six head studies in a grid: joy, worry, surprise, stubbornness, sadness, laughter. Scene 1: [lock] walking a rocky beach at dawn, bending to pick up a green glass shard, low golden light, mist. Drift checklist: 1. Glasses vanish: put them earlier in the prompt. 2. Coat color shifts: repeat "bright yellow" explicitly. 3. Age creeps: restate "late 60s". 4. Pendant disappears: name its position. 5. Style slides realistic: end every prompt with the style phrase.

Why it works

A single frozen paragraph reused verbatim does most of the consistency work. Pair it with a fixed seed or reference image if your tool supports it.
