Email nurture sequence
Plan and write a multi-email nurture sequence for new leads, with a clear purpose, timing and subject lines for each message.
Generate subject line and preview text pairs across several honest angles, with notes on what each is testing.
Write subject lines and preview text for an email campaign.
Email type: {{email_type}}
What the email says or offers: {{content}}
Audience and what they already know about us: {{audience}}
Brand voice: {{voice}}
Words or tactics to avoid: {{avoid}}
Number of pairs: {{count}}
Requirements
- Subject lines under 50 characters, preview text under 90 characters. The preview should add information, not repeat the subject.
- Each pair uses a different angle: benefit, specific number or detail, question, curiosity with a real payoff, plain announcement, personalization that is true. Label the angle.
- The subject must be an accurate promise of what is inside. No misleading "Re:" or "Fwd:", no fake urgency, no ALL CAPS, no spam-trigger style punctuation, at most one emoji and only if it suits the voice.
- Mix at least two lowercase or conversational options and two more formal ones.
Output a table: #, Angle, Subject, Subject chars, Preview, Preview chars, What it tests. Then recommend an A/B test pair and say what result would show which approach to use going forward. Mention that I should check final rendering in my email tool.The tests column reminds you that every subject line is an experiment, so each send teaches you something. Give it your last five best and worst subject lines to calibrate its style.
