Weekly planning and reset
Sort the week ahead and reset your home and head: a realistic plan from your tasks, commitments and energy.
Turn tasks, meetings and your energy pattern into an hour-by-hour day with breaks and a realistic buffer.
Create a time-blocked schedule for {{day}}.
Fixed events (cannot move):
{{fixed_events}}
Tasks I want to do, with estimates if known:
{{tasks}}
My day runs from {{start_time}} to {{end_time}}. My energy pattern: {{energy_pattern}}
Scheduling rules:
- Place the single most important task first in my best energy window.
- Group shallow work (email, admin, quick replies) into one or two batches.
- Add a 10-minute break after every 90 minutes of focused work and a proper lunch break.
- Leave at least 30 minutes of unallocated buffer.
- Add 25% to my time estimates when they look optimistic, and tell me which ones you changed.
- If everything does not fit, list what is cut and why instead of cramming it in.
Output format: a table with columns Time | Block | Type (deep, shallow, meeting, break, buffer). After the table, give a 3-line "If the day goes off track" fallback plan.Telling the model your energy pattern lets it place deep work where you are sharpest, and the estimate adjustment counters the usual optimism about how long tasks take.
