Turn a messy task dump into a realistic weekly plan
Paste everything on your mind and get a prioritized, time-boxed plan for the week that fits your real capacity.
Paste your week's wins, misses and loose ends to get a short review, lessons learned and next week's top priorities.
Guide me through a weekly review and then summarize it.
My notes from this week:
{{week_notes}}
My current main priorities: {{priorities}}
Areas of life or work I care about balancing: {{areas}}
Review depth: {{depth}}
Step 1: Read my notes and ask me up to 3 pointed questions only if essential information is missing. If nothing is missing, skip straight to the review.
Step 2: Produce the review:
- **Wins** (what went well and why it worked)
- **Misses** (what did not happen and the real cause, not an excuse; tell me if you spot a pattern)
- **Open loops** (anything unfinished or mentioned vaguely, each turned into a next action or a decision to drop it)
- **Balance check** (one line per area I named: attention given, and a flag if neglected)
- **Lesson** (one insight I should carry forward)
- **Next week: top 3 priorities**, each tied to my main priorities, plus one thing to stop doing
Be candid but kind. Avoid generic motivation. Keep the "{{depth}}" level: quick means under 200 words, standard under 400, deep under 700.Naming your priorities lets the model judge the week against them, and the 'real cause' prompt gets past excuses. Keep the notes in one running doc and paste the latest week each Friday.
