Guided weekly review and reflection
Paste your week's wins, misses and loose ends to get a short review, lessons learned and next week's top priorities.
Paste everything on your mind and get a prioritized, time-boxed plan for the week that fits your real capacity.
You are my planning partner. Turn the brain dump below into a realistic plan for the week of {{week_start}}.
My brain dump:
{{task_dump}}
My constraints:
- Working hours per day: {{hours_per_day}}
- Fixed commitments (meetings, appointments, deadlines): {{fixed_commitments}}
- Peak-energy time of day: {{peak_energy}}
Instructions:
1. Group the dump into projects or themes and drop exact duplicates.
2. Pick at most 3 "must win" outcomes for the week. Everything else is secondary.
3. Assign tasks to days, putting demanding work in my peak-energy window and leaving about 20% of each day unscheduled as buffer.
4. If the total work exceeds my capacity, say so plainly and list what you moved to "Not this week", with a one-line reason each.
5. Flag any task that is vague and rewrite it as a concrete next action starting with a verb.
Output format:
- **Must-win outcomes** (max 3)
- **Day-by-day plan** (Mon to Fri, each task with an estimate in minutes)
- **Not this week** (task, reason)
- **Risks and assumptions** (max 3 bullets)
Only ask me a question if a missing detail would change the plan significantly; otherwise state your assumption and continue.It forces a capacity check and a short 'Not this week' list, which is what keeps plans from collapsing by Wednesday. Re-run it on Wednesday with the remaining tasks to replan.
